ZIPLINE
flute and piano (about 9 minutes)
Zipline (2015) is a whirlwind piece showcasing both the flutist and pianist. In ziplines, popular at adventure parks and festivals, people are propelled fast through the air, suspended by a pulley attached to a cable. Ironically, due to the composer's acrophobia, he is not likely to use an actual zipline.
